Gerald Celente has a 95% correctness rate for trends forecasting, and is the best in the world. What is trends forecasting? Its looking at historical trends, and looking at current events, and making a “forecast” of whats going to happen.

Anyway, Gerald Celente speaks in this video about census jobs, and how the government included those “new jobs” in a report detailing the number of jobs created this year so far. Think again, people. Those census jobs hiked up the numbers in the report, yes, BUT they were only temporary. Do you see census door knockers coming around anymore? No. Those jobs are gone.

When President Obama said there was a increase in job creations and that the economy is on the rise, he failed to mention that those jobs were temporary and that we’re back to square one.

He talks about how we went from a country of craftsmen, manufacturers, blue-collar workers and mom and pop stores into a country of spenders. This is a country of consumers, and thats one big reason why we’re failing as a nation. And the government supports it with all the tax breaks for the big corporations. Its a nation of capitalism for the small people – they rise and fall on their own merits. Its a nation of “too big to fail” corporations and the government only bails them out.

Bailing out the big guys and letting the little guys strike out left and right is going to cause a world wide revolt.

Is there anything the little guy can do? Yes. Don’t consume what you don’t have to. Get in shape physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. This is the time when the tough are going to survive. People used to know how to survive on the land… we went from having 20 million farmers down to 2 million.

Rip up the useless grass in your yard and start growing food. Learn how to do it. Don’t send your kid to college to graduate with a $70,000 debt while not being able to get a job at Walmart stocking shelves. If you’re gonna send your kid to college, be sure there is a return on the investment and they’ll be able to get a job. (I had a friend who was a secretary for a sign company a few years ago, and she felt she wasted 6 years of her life getting her masters degree, just to be able to get a job answering dumb phone calls. Get a degree in something that will pay off, not some music theory major.)

If Gerald Celente was running things, he said, “I’d stop these bologna wars. The government are losers. They’re losers on Katrina. They’re losers on BP. They’re losers on health care. They’re losers on education. And they’re losers on losing wars. Its training the treasury. This is perfect symptoms of empire decline. The trillions of dollars that we’re spending each year, bring it back home. Rip down the slums of Detroit. Replant it with gardens and farms as they wanted to. Really build the infrastructure, not this 3rd-world train service we have. Build America. And I’m an America first, and I’m not a protectionism. I travel the world, I’m not an isolationist. I know that I support my neighbors. I buy everything I can local. I was out shopping last night buying some stuff and I picked up a beautiful vase that I wanted to buy. I looked at the bottom of it, it said, “Made in China”. I put it back. I believe in the golden rule, both of them. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, and those who have the gold rule. And I don’t want to be ruled by the Chinese, its bad enough with the republicans and democrats. So what we have to do, the way I would do it is I would start putting America first. Bring home the troops. Bring the money back to this country and stop the corporate wellfare immediately. You rise and fall on your own merits.“
