How long will my seeds last?

Stored in a cool, dry location, your seeds will maintain their fertillity and vigor for at least 5 years.

Do you suggest freezing my seeds?

Freezing does extend the life of your seeds and is recommended, but if you freeze them, keep them frozen until you use them. Frequent thawing and re-freezing will damage them.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the 48 continental states in the United States of America. We’re working on being able to ship to Canada very soon, and will make that announcement on our homepage when it happens.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping only costs $10 USD on every order. So whether you buy the Family Seed Vault or the Super Storage Seed Vault, you pay just $10.

When do you ship out orders?

We ship within 3 business days, but usually within 2.

When would I receive my order?

We ship via USPS, and packages usually arrive to our customers within 5-7 business days. We can’t guarantee 5-7 business days because once it is shipped, we don’t have control of your order… it’s up to USPS. We haven’t had any complaints, though.

Where are each container of seeds packaged?

Our seeds are hand-packaged and hermetic sealed by real, experienced gardeners in Rigby, Idaho. I personally visit the packaging location every week and maintain a good relationship with them.
